New Curtains
We offer new truck curtains to accommodate any budget that will suit your tautliner, truck/tailer.
We use some of the best quality 900GSM PVC material on the market to manufacture our curtains (Mehler Haku, Sion).
We use high quality weldable webbing and strap webbing which is sourced within Australia to ensure strength and resistance to the harsh Australian environments.
All our rollers and buckle components are tested here for quality before being fitted to your new truck curtains.
All our curtains have reinforced block welds top and bottom where poles are fitted, 35mm bottom turn 175mm wear strip at the coaming rail and 200mm gate wear strips.
Double curtain rollers are standard and we can also upgrade to triple if the tracks are worn badly.
All pole turns are done with high frequency welding and all other wear strips are hot air welded.
All our curtains are cut using the latest CAD program and then material is loaded into our plotter to be marked and cut exactly ensuring a perfect fit every time.
We have a full range of colours available and can have your new curtains printed using the latest printing technology’s and 2pack cleared or we can do traditional paint and sign using ppg 2pack paints.
